Our broilers are cultured breeds obtained as a result of mating the best roosters with the best chickens of the meat yield direction, obtained by selections carried out for many years.

These chickens reach the required slaughter weight in the desired time when suitable feeding and care conditions are provided.

All Bolez chickens, in the poultry houses where official controls are made and bio-safety measures are taken, by competent producers; It is grown in conditions suitable for animal welfare by providing the most suitable food, optimum ambient temperature and movement area. 

It is ensured that chickens, which are healthy and hygienic food sources, are raised under the control of our experienced veterinarians at every stage of production. Within the scope of healthy and hygienic food supply from the farm to the table, every stage of our production is examined in detail with the analysis and examinations made on randomly taken samples, with the announced and unannounced inspections by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

It is produced as halal and hygienic food in accordance with all Islamic conditions and presented to our consumers.

NUTRITION

In our feeds, raw materials that we also consume, such as grains such as corn, wheat, oilseed products such as soybean meal and sunflower seed meal, herbal extracts and vitamin-minerals are used, which are allowed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

Animal-based feed additives such as chicken meal, chicken fat, meat-bone meal or fish meal are not used in our feeds.

Our chickens reach the desired body weight by feeding them with appropriate feed and providing optimum living conditions. No hormone supplement is applied.
