1. a) Data Controller

This Customer Disclosure Text, Data Officer EGE-TAV EGE AGRICULTURE LIVE - STOCK INVESTMENT INDUSTRY Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company".) has been prepared to inform customers whose personal data are processed within the scope of the disclosure obligation in Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "LPPD") and other relevant legislation. 

1. b) The Purpose of Processing Personal Data and Legal Reasons

The personal data of the customers who supply the company products, the employees of these customers in operations such as transportation and production, their officials and the consumers who use the company products constitute the subject of the Customer Disclosure Notice. Identity, communication, finance, customer transactions and data of the mentioned persons are processed within the scope of the following purposes and based on the legal reasons stated.

1. c) Collection Method of Personal Data

Your personal data, in order to fulfill the purposes specified in the title (b) of the Customer Clarification Text;

• Within the scope of the performance of the contract, it is communicated to the Company by our customer and/or by the supplier of our customer, through printed/electronic media.

1. d) To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Your personal data will be transferred without your explicit consent in accordance with Articles 8 (2) (a) of the LPPD for the purposes stated below, in connection with the purpose of processing, in a proportional and limited manner:

• *It will be transferred to the contracted transport company for the execution of logistics processes and to the Provincial and District Directorates of Agriculture due to legal obligations.
• *It will be transferred to the contracted customs company in order to carry out the logistics processes in international sales.
• *In case of customer satisfaction, it will be transferred to our dealers if necessary.
• *It will be transferred to the agency with which we have an agreement regarding the execution of social media management.
• *It will be transferred to the contracted audit firm within the scope of the execution of audit/ethical activities.
• *It will be transferred to the Revenue Administration for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations, carrying out financial and accounting works.
• *In case of legal dispute, it will be transferred to our Lawyers for the purpose of executing the disputes.

11. e) Your Rights Under Article 11 of LPPD

Your personal data will be transferred without your explicit consent in accordance with Articles 8 (2) (a) of the LPPD for the purposes stated below, in connection with the purpose of processing, in a proportional and limited manner:

In the process of evaluating and responding to your messages, the legal reason "e) Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right" in the same article of LPPD

5. Announcing our contact addresses: We do not collect any personal data through the Site during this process. However, if you contact us via the contact addresses we have announced, the content of your communication and your requests will not be transferred to any third party, and based on the legal reason "e) Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right" in Article 5/2 of the LPPD. is processed.
6. Managing our dealer network: Our dealer portal only contains information about the product stocks of our dealers. There is no personal data of any related person other than dealers here. While processing the personal data of the dealers, it is based on the legal reason "c) It is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" in Article 5/2 of the LPPD. We declare that this data is not transferred to third parties.
7. Referring to the appropriate application channels for job applications: We do not collect any personal data through the Site during this process. Persons who want to work in the company can apply through the contact address specified on the Site or through the third-party career portals to which they are directed. In the process of collecting and evaluating job applications, it is based on the legal reason "c) It is necessary to process the personal data of the parties of the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" in Article 5/2 of the LPPD and the application records are not transferred to third parties.
8. To make and improve the site user-friendly: We use cookie data for this purpose. Cookies are small text files, mostly letters or numbers, that are stored on your device when you visit a website and allow this device to be detected. While processing this data, it is based on the legal reason "f) It is mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" in Article 5/2 of the KVKK.

Thanks to the relevant cookies, it is aimed to present appropriate promotional content to internet users who may be interested in our products and services. The cookie data we collect in this process consists of demographic information such as the pages you visit on the Site, the hours and duration of your visit, the city you connect to, the search engine you access the Site, gender and age, and this information does not contain any data that makes your identity identifiable. During this process, where we use Google Analytics and Meta technologies, we rely on your express consent in the processing of your cookie data. We remind you that we have limited responsibility in the operation of the solutions offered by Google Analytics and Meta technologies, and we do not have the ability to interfere with the working principles of these technologies.
10. e) Your Rights Under Article 11 of LPPD

Within the scope of Article 11 of the LPPD, you have rights as a data owner, and fill in all the fields specified in the Relevant Person Application Form, which you can preferably access via the Site, and fill in the Article 11 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the LPPD and the Application Procedure and Application to the Data Controller.
