Our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

We are committed to respecting and meeting the basic rights of employees and complying with labor law within the framework of the principles of accountability, transparency, ethical behavior, respect for the interests of the parties, respect for the rules of law, respect for international norms of behavior, respect for human rights.

  • Child Labor: We do not employ child labor.
  • Forced Labor: We do not make anyone work by force, involuntary or compelling.
  • Discrimination: We do not discriminate among our employees based on gender, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, language, race or sect.
  • Intimidation: Physical abuse, physical violence, harassment, verbal teasing or other forms of intimidation are not allowed in our company.
  • Occupational Health: We regularly and registered our employees undergo occupational health checks and provide the necessary treatment to those who need treatment.
  • Occupational Health and Safety: We organize occupational safety trainings for the safety and health of our employees and provide the necessary environment.
  • Minimum Wage: We pay at least the minimum wage to our employees.
  • Working Hours: Our working hours do not exceed 45 hours per week, we get the approval of the worker for overtime, and the working hours do not exceed 11 hours per day, overtime does not exceed 270 hours per year. We allow our employees to take at least one day off per week.
  • Regulatory Compliance: We meet all relevant regulations and, where appropriate, seek to circumvent them for the benefit of our employees.
  • Awareness Raising: We contribute to the establishment of employee rights awareness in our employees and suppliers through training and information activities.
  • Supplier Development: We encourage and require our suppliers to meet employee fundamental rights and comply with good practice.
  • Continuous Improvement: We are committed to continuously improving our performance to meet the fundamental rights of our employees.

Our company is committed to carrying out slaughterhouse activities in an environmentally friendly manner, to prevent soil, air and water pollution, to reduce natural resource consumption, to contribute to a sustainable development and a livable world, and to continuously improve all our processes and activities.

With this understanding, we direct our work, constantly improve ourselves and act according to the following principles; For this, in our company;

  • Risk Assessment and Management: We determine the environmental dimensions and effects of all our activities, and take the necessary measures to eliminate these environmental aspects and/or reduce the environmental effects to acceptable levels and ensure their continuity.
  • Regulatory Compliance: We meet all relevant regulations and, where appropriate, seek to circumvent them in an environmentally beneficial manner.
  • Reducing Consumption of Natural Resources: We aim to minimize all input and energy uses, and we prefer reusable and recyclable materials as much as possible.
  • Environmental Protection: We minimize waste wherever applicable and in every activity of the business and aim for waste-free processes. We consider environmental values and impacts when making our investment decisions.
  • Supplier Development: We encourage and require our suppliers to comply with environmental legislation and good practice.
  • Awareness Raising and Continuous Development: We contribute to the establishment of environmental awareness and culture in our employees and suppliers through training and information activities. We are committed to continuously improving our environmental performance.
