  1. a) Data Controller<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

    This Customer Disclosure Text, Data Officer EGE-TAV EGE AGRICULTURE LIVE - STOCK INVESTMENT INDUSTRY Inc.           1. d) To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

            Your personal data will be transferred without your explicit consent in accordance with Articles 8 (2) (a) of the LPPD for the purposes stated below, in connection with the purpose of processing, in a proportional and limited manner:<\/span><\/p>

            • *It will be transferred to the contracted transport company for the execution of logistics processes and to the Provincial and District Directorates of Agriculture due to legal obligations.<\/span><\/li>
            • *It will be transferred to the contracted customs company in order to carry out the logistics processes in international sales.<\/span><\/li>
            • *In case of customer satisfaction, it will be transferred to our dealers if necessary.<\/span><\/li>
            • *It will be transferred to the agency with which we have an agreement regarding the execution of social media management.<\/span><\/li>
            • *It will be transferred to the contracted audit firm within the scope of the execution of audit\/ethical activities.<\/span><\/li>
            • *It will be transferred to the Revenue Administration for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations, carrying out financial and accounting works.<\/span><\/li>
            • *In case of legal dispute, it will be transferred to our Lawyers for the purpose of executing the disputes.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
              1. e) Your Rights Under Article 11 of LPPD<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                Your personal data will be transferred without your explicit consent in accordance with Articles 8 (2) (a) of the LPPD for the purposes stated below, in connection with the purpose of processing, in a proportional and limited manner:<\/span><\/p>
